Does anyone from Polk visit this forum?

I am the proud owner of a pair of LSI 15 speakers. I have been searching for a LSI C at a good price. I've had two people take my money but no one can deliver a speaker. First I was told it would be available 2/18, then first week of March and now I'm told 4/24. What's up with the availability of that speaker? Is the demand that great? Is it being dropped from production? Is there another speaker that I can use besides the LSI C?
Anyone else can chime in on this too.

Sounds like you are not buying from an authorised Polk dealer. Nothing wrong with that, but they often have trouble getting stock. Otherwise, they seem pretty easy to find, and in stock too.

Yep...the gray market guys often "sell" the speaker and then try to find someone that will drop-ship to the buyer. Another thing you see with some of these guys is to offer popular speakers at really good prices...then try and sell you something else because they are "out of stock". The other item typically has far superior "mark-up" but not superior qualities.

HERE is your list of authorized online sellers, who if out of stock can get it quickly directly from Polk.

Stick with the LSiC, total match for the other speakers. I order mine from Polk Direct in Canada and never had a problem. Great speaker.

The LSiC is on backorder across the board. It is not being dropped from production. Be patient as they should be released into the wild soon.

Except the three sites I listed. I've never known Crutchfield to lie about stock. Although the Amazon link does show only 1 left in stock now.

Backorder means from the main distributor. I cannot speak for stores that can actually handle overhead stock.
