Tax his land,
Tax his wage,
Tax his bed in which he lays.
Tax his tractor,
Tax his mule,
Teach him taxes is the rule.
Tax his cow,
Tax his goat,
Tax his pants,
Tax his coat.

Tax his ties,
Tax his shirts,
Tax his work,
Tax his dirt.

Tax his tobacco,
Tax his drink,
Tax him if he tries to think.

Tax his booze,
Tax his beers,
If he cries,
Tax his tears.

Tax his bills,
Tax his gas,
Tax his notes,
Tax his cash.

Tax him good and let him know
That after taxes, he has no dough.

If he hollers,
Tax him more,
Tax him until he's good and sore.

Tax his coffin,
Tax his grave,
Tax the sod in which he lays.
Put these words upon his tomb,
'Taxes drove me to my doom!'

And when he's gone,
We won't relax,
We'll still be after the inheritance TAX!!

STILL THINK THIS IS FUNNY?
Not one of these taxes existed 100 years ago,
and our nation was the most prosperous in the world.
We had absolutely no national debt, had the largest middle class in the world, and Mom stayed home to raise the kids.

What happened? Can you spell 'politicians!'

And I still have to 'press
1' for English.

I hope this goes around THE
USA at least 100 times

What the hell happened?????

I'm always intrigued by the fact that it takes 8 to 10 weeks to process a refund... yet, my check to the US Treasury cleared my bank (I owe'd a little this year) within 3 days of mailing it.

Being that I live overseas I only pay a little bit on my income. We're only taxed on anything over 85K a yr out here, so I only pay taxes on 10K. wooo hooo............One of the many perks of working overseas.

Ditto here, we had the money in our account 4 days after e-file. No too bad in my book.

    4 days? :D that's really fast

i think mine took all of 7 or 8, either way.. that's much faster than filing it the old way of sending in your paperwork. and waiting, and waiting for the check

Yup, 4 BUSINESS days. I was suprised, I had expected 2 weeks or so.

I like this time of year: I like knowing that my money is being taken away from me so some lazy fat **** can have a flat screen, makes me feel good deep down inside...
