Hi guys - here goes

I am setting up a 7.1 home theater in my house. I have 2 different setup options right now - a high budget and a low one. The high budget is as follows:

Front : Polk RTi4 (2)

Center: Polk CSi3

Surround: Polk RC65i in wall (2)

Rear surround: Polk RC65i in wall (2)

Sub: Acoustech H-100

the low budget scenario is the same, except the fronts are Polk R150's, and the center is a Polk CSR. I can pick these up dirt cheap. Both scenarios will be hooked up to an ONKYO SR705. Will I notice a HUGE difference between the high and low budget? The room that the pieces are going in is 12x24' in size. I am space limited so that is why I chose in wall speakers for the surrounds and rears. What do you guys think?

I can tell you from experiance that the CSi3 sounds fantastic and assuming that the RTI4 sounds nearly identical you would enjoy that greatly. I have r150's set up for my surrounds and while they do sound nice, I can't say I would recommend using them as mains. Just my 2 cents though. I am sure a more experienced polkie could shed more light on the subject
