IT's because I am a moron. I got the Jolida model number wrong. In the opening post, it did not explicitly say that it was a phono stage, so I misunderstood. I did not think Aiwa minisystems even had a phono stage, I remember the aiwa fad very well, and I am not sure I ever saw one with a phono stage. That is where I was confused. I naturally assumed that it was the CD changer you were using based on the brand (aiwa).
Jolida makes a really good CD player that is also raved about. So, again, since I did not know aiwa had anything with a phono stage, I thought you were talking about the Jolida CDP.
I was wondering why I did not see it in your photos.
I shrugged it off though, because again, I did not think aiwa had anything with a phono stage. -
Hopefully tomorrow pending receivement of Russman's package I'll be able to roll in some tubes. Also waiting for a call back from spearit sound regarding a turntable I am interested in. Hopefully all goes as planned and it will be a good weekend.
