Depends on how bad you want them I guess?
If it were me I would wait for a nice minty pair that could probably be had for $150-$225. -

I run RT55's as the mains in my HT, love'em. If you don't want them for $100 let me know, I'll snag'em.If...
Ron dislikes a film = go out and buy it.

If you don't need them bad, offer him $50 cash. With no grills and a few blemishes, sounds like something that could be found at the thrift store or a garage sale for $25-$50.
