From my personal collection:
This is one big **** receiver. Right off the bat It doesn't have DTS and it's 5.1.
Those are the cons.
The pros? Probably the best sounding AVR that I've encountered. It's got all the bells/whistles. On screen programming makes things MUCH simpler. For a receiver, it's got balls. I've had it running my 2.3tl's full bore without even getting warm...and, I've got to tell you, it sounded pretty damn good. Cosmetically fine.
I had this for sale previously and thought that I had an issue with it, that turned out to be a bad interconnect.
Here is the **** from the Denon website:

Anyhow, this unit is clean, sounds great and weighs a ton. I have the manual and remote.
My price is 245.....shipped/insured. Lower 48 by Fed Ex ground
Pics to come.

Yes, the 3600 initially didn't come with a DTS decoder, it was soon added though...but, no, I know mine doesn't do DTS.

Not many AVR's rated down to 2 ohms...that's a beast._________________________________________________

SOPAThank God for different opinions. Imagine the world if we all wanted the same woman -
I've used it to power SDA SRS 2.3tl's and it did a fantastic job.
Amp section in this is outstanding.
