Hi everyone, here is my ghetto setup:
3x Polk RM201 as Centre & Fronts
4x Polk RM101 as L/R Surround & L/R Back
Polk PSW12
Yamaha HTR5960 7.1 Receiver
Can someone please let me know what is the recommended crossover frequency?
Thank you in advance.

I have the same receiver and I've tested the same speaker on my system.
Crossover should be above 100hz on the receiver or on the sub crossover above the 90hz mark for best results.
These speakers gives 100hz at -3db, so you want the crossover to be above that for perfect matching. Ideally 100-120hz setting on the subwoofer will give full range sound. -
Hi Polkseller, as instructed set my receiver crossover to 110hz and the subwoofer to 90hz.
Thank you,

If you use the receiver crossover at 110hz, you dont need to the sub x-over to be set if you use line in on the sub.
If you use the R or L in on the sub, you must put 110hz on your sub and receiver too. This is difficult because there's no 110hz written behind the sub and often the cross-over dial is not precise.
