Good results with BFG

Just wanted to share a recent positive experience.

So, I bought a new video card from NewEgg, made by BFG.

Long story short, the card was a lemon. So, I registered my card and emailed their CS to initiate the RMA. I had about four emails responded to all within a couple hours (well past regular hours by the way). The whole RMA process was very quick. Great customer service. They make it very easy to track your RMA. From what I can tell it took them 2 hours to ship me my replacement card upon receiving the busted one. Thats impressive to me.

I've never had to RMA something before, and I doubt they all go this well.

I've done more RMA's than I care to remember, and while some are painless no, they don't all go that smoothly. Glad you had a good experience, BFG makes good products.

Part of the reason I bought a BFG card as well. With a lifetime warranty to boot, I have no complaints with how they've performed!

Did you RMA through newegg? Newegg is a great site. BFG makes some great graphics cards as well.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I haven't used BFG before, but have at least one friend who picks BFG video cards over all others. I'm an EVGA man myself, but BFG definitely makes nice cards and it sounds like their customer service takes care of their customers very well.

Glad it worked out well for you.

Agreed, but I only have the 8800 model. Hope to upgrade to the 9000 soon.
