If anyone has some they want to get rid of, let me know!

Especially if there's any oldies like Pink Floyd, Steve Miller Band, Fleetwood Mac, etc.

Thanks

Sadly, there are no Steve Miller Band or Fleetwood Mac SACD's.

Anyone know if there's any A-cappella sacd's out there? Did a quick search on sa-cd.net, but I don't really know that many group names.

Yep. Don't like it? Contact the record labels, tell them you want SACD's.

I believe that music is quite different from what he's looking for.

Some of those titles are available as dvd-audio and/or dts cd. Ebay and Amazon.com are good sources for new and used in SACD DVDA and dts.

Now, I know what SACD is and I kinda know what DVD-A is...but what is dts? Is it like the type of audio on dvd's?

    Or how is it different/better?

Sorry I only now read that you asked a question about dts. DTS is a format for surround usually found on movie soundtracks but also used for audio. Very near lossless and in some cases better than cd sound. Most dvd-audio disks have the super high fidelity mlp multichannel and stereo layers but many also contain dts layers so the disk can be played on any dvd player (not just dvd-audio). These versions always sound great but often the dts layer is 96/24 which is very high quality (much better than redbook cd's 44.1/16. Some manufacturers made specific dts disks for a while but much like dvda did not catch on in an ipod obsessed universe. DTS disks are getting very hard to find as are dvda's but sacd's are still somewhat popular especially with the classical enthusiasts. There are many dts titles available in the file sharing community. I hope this sheds some light and sorry for the delay on the reply.
