Ok Need Sub Help

I keep changing my mind... I just don't think I am completely satisfied with the DSW 600. For the price point of $600 dollars I just feel like I can get something better! My room is around 14X20. Any suggestions? I am more an HT guy then music but do occasionally listen. Please Help!

    Go SVS

I thought SVS were a little pricey. If not what should I run. I also heard a lot of good things about HSU. Never heard of ED subs before, who are they?

move the 600 around the room - when you find the right placement, you will be able to feel the voice of megatron and optimus prime :D

For $600 bones or there abouts...

MFW 15 or Epik Knight (long waits - mid-April) will be roughly equal

eD A5-350 (long wait) from what I'm told by one who owns the eD and Epik...very good...but, not quite there with the other 2.

SVS PB12NSD, Outlaw LFM EX or Hsu VTF2.3 are 12" subs that are very capable, sound great, but lack a little SPL vs the 15s above...something you might not notice in most rooms. Of the 3, I prefer SVS, but I know those guys.

    Combo rig:

Onkyo NR1007 pre-pro, Carver TFM 45(fronts), Carver TFM 35 (surrounds)
    SDA 1C, CS400i, SDA 2B
    PB13Ultra RO
    BW Silvers
    Oppo BDP-83SE

I'm a big bob carver fan so i would say take a look at some of the sun fire sub they to have some reasonably priced models.
If life had more tubes it would be a lot smoother.
