Can anyone tell me to get Polk to reply to a question? I have sent to but not even a get lost reply. They didn't have a problem anwering my questions before I spent a $1000.00 on a set of their speakers.

Are you trying to get a customer service question answered?

Polk is notoriously good at responding to customer problems. Be patient, make sure your spam filter isn't catching their replies, double check to make sure you submitted your question correctly.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

Ha, these threads always go the same. Someone starts a thread saying they have a problem with Polk CS, everyone them not to worry and that Polk will take care of them, they don't believe us, and then are back a week later praisong Polk CS.

See ya in a few days...

You can always post in the 'Troubleshooting' forum as well.

Calling them is the best way.
