I had one of these Amps, Very easy to setup and sounded quite good.

I ran two 18in Yamaha Subs with it without issue.

Great Boom for the Buck at this price.

These are my favorite amps out of all that we carry...

(Peavey, Crown XLS, Behringer, Yamaha, Mackie, Tapco)

The Crown's are light weight, pretty much no fan noise, and the digital interface is awesome -- pretty much anything you can think of...

Keep in mind the only reason I am selling...

I want to get a Stratos Stereo to run my subs... or two Mono amps...

In your opinion, how does this amp compare to the Behringer EP1500? Would it be a big step up or more of a lateral move? I've got the EP1500 now and I'm not all that impressed. Seems to be lacking in power and the fan noise is almost intolerable. I know there are mods that can be done on the fan, but I was thinking of upgrading the amp anyway. Please let me know you're thoughts when you have a chance. If it would be a real improvement, I might be interested.

The Behringer EP1500 is a decent amp for 299.99 brand new....

The Crown XTi1000 is a much better amp...

No fan noise, light weight (17 pounds)

Built in 5 band EQ, tons and tons of power. A far more reputable company. The EP1500 sounds like garbage and has really bad reliability...

The Crown is a far better amp, IMO - and the fan noise on the Behringer is horrible.

I will have to second Vr3MxStyler2k3 on that. I am not a big fan of Behringer amps. Some of there effects and crossovers due a good job. But as far as amps go I have heard nothing but trouble.

This Crown is a really good amp for the money.

Why bother with .99 anyway? It's $300, just write it...
