binding post question
This may be a dumb question, but on my RTi10s, which terminals are for the bass and which are for the tweeter? My Onkyo 805's bi-wiring diagram says to use surround back for woofers, but it shows those connections going to the top terminals. Logic tells me the bottom ones are for the woofers. Am I wrong?
Also: Does it matter? Or is it just important that I handle both speakers the same way -- Front to top/rear to bottom, for instance?
(Please set aside the question of whether it even makes sense to bi-wire/bi-amp. I'm just doing it to give it a try)
Thanks a lot

I would be in the camp that as long as they are hooked up the same, it wouldn't matter. Now, as with almost every technical manual I have ever used, the pictures almost always contradict the writing. The general rule is to follow the writing, using the pictures as a general guide. You should be able to look up which post are which in the manual for the speakers, and I bet you can find a manual for them somewhere on this site if you don't have one.
