Has anyone on here switched over to running linux and firefox for your ps3?

No, but I thinking of trying it. If I get arround to anytime soon I'll let you know how it is. This might be a question for the playstation forums, I'm sure some of the guys there have done it.7.1 HOME THEATER:

I installed Gentoo on mine a year or so ago along with KDE as the GUI. It works pretty well and I have managed to get emulators working with no sound and mounted some network drives. So it's double boot? No risk of losing your PS3 OS?

i'm running redhat on mine. no, you always have the option of getting your old os back. just gotta hit disk recover or whatever on it..At Home:
