    large speakers usually are local pick up only, drastically reducing eligible bidders. guy that got these got a steal because no one else in the area wanted them. these things happen. thats why ya always gotta keep the eyes open for deals

    no kidding.....gotta love this guy....happy meal and all. You can just tell he's upfront and honest. Probably a great neighbor. Glad he sold 'em and got his '25's.

    Like someone else earlier in this thread I was able to pick up my Left channel Cherry LSi15 from Frys for $200. Then a week later I was able to bid & win on the 'Right Cherry' LSi15 on e-bay for $380 ( with shipping it'll be $440).

    So I spent around $660 all told including tax & shipping to get my pair of LSi15's.

    Now my question - Is Polk discontinuing this model, or something else going on? Why are all these closeouts, etc. happening on what are supposed to be fantastic speakers?

    Looking forward to finally hooking them up & testing them out once I have the pair at home, just curious.
