Yup, they really are building a mosque that could hold up to 70,000 people. I really wonder if they will have the funds and heads to keep it open.
There is no genuine justice in any scheme of feeding and coddling the loafer whose only ponderable energies are devoted wholly to reproduction. Nine-tenths of the rights he bellows for are really privileges and he does nothing to deserve them. We not only acquired a vast population of morons, we have inculcated all morons, old or young, with the doctrine that the decent and industrious people of the country are bound to support them for all time.-Menkin

I'd like to go to Australia when I retire, but I wouldn't put my pets through quarantine for a year.

Does anyone know when being "PC" even started. I really can't put an exact time period on it but I swear it wasn't there in my youth. It has just crept up on us and somehow we have let it and wouldn't even know where to go to stop it.

To not perpetuate political correctness anymore, I hope I at least one person here. LOL

Like everything else in society it will adjust itself once people really get fed up with it. Unfortunately we have to put up with it in the meantime, but all of this kind of thing seems to just go in cycles.

I think it started because we have too much time on our hands, and too much information at our fingertips, and not enough real stuff to complain about. At least in the 60's there were many legitimate civil rights causes people could fight against; now things are much more level so those that make a living off of being victims and complaining have had to find new avenues to be victimized.

That's my theory, made up just now. I reserve the right to change my mind :)
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.
