Ebay SDA CRS+

I was looking at getting these:

The price looks a little high, but it also includes shipping. So, I think it is a decent price, but I don't have a whole lot of experience with the CRSs. These would be for my computer rig. Anyone have experience with a set-up like that?

    The price is right for those speakers, they won't last long! I've seen them sell for more, even between Forum members.

    I actually asked the first question to the seller as I thought it a bit strange that he would be offering free shipping. I have a pair and they're great. I just hope he packs them well.

    I agreee that the price seems fine, especially with shipping. These are great speakers and if you are looking for a pair these seem like a good option. Nothing new on the open market can touch these. May have to wait a long time to find a pair with a further disount. The tweeter upgrade will set you back some more $ but thats for another day.

    I just "Buyed It Now". :D

    I'll be interested to compare these against my 2As, and they will be replacing my B&W 602S3s. (I guess I'm back off the dark side now). I'll be checking out the 4.1TL posts now...

    The reason he threw in free shipping is those were for sale last week starting at 250 with 75 buck shipping, he didn't get any bids. I guess he was trying a new tact.

    I almost bit then, but I'm saving my monies for a nice sub.

    I just contacted the seller, and it turns out these are Blade-Pin CRS+. :D That means that 4.1TLs are inevitable... he he he. He is also shipping them today via DHL, so I hope they come in better condition then some UPS stuff.

    I also want to upgrade the caps and resistors in them at some point, but the addition of the RDO-198 and the 5.6uF cap should be enough coin right now. I can always to the rest of the x-over later I guess.

    Upon further reading, can the 4.1TL only be performed on the CRS+ with 6510 and 6511 drivers? Or any with the Pin-Blade configuration?
