Help with Soldier of fortune payback

THis game is a POS, not FPS.
in fact if you change the first leters around it is a FPOS (f'ing piece of sh!!)
I hate heavily scripted games... guys pop out like the boogey man even though 2 seconds ago it was all clear..
anway..
I want to finish this piece of junk since I rented it.
I am in the garage scene with one of the brothers and he has a rocket launcher or some **** and when the screen starts it's like 1 second and then I am dead.
I have no idea what to do, as soon as I move I blow up. I stay still I blow up, I try and run and I blow up. any ideas..

I have this game, horrible gameplay. Wish I could help you. The PC version is pretty good, but this new version is junk. Hope you get pass it man.Shoot the jumper.....................BALLIN.............!!!!!
