Store Closing

So, I now am in possession of some items from my uncle's (in-law?) store.

I would like to sell most of this stuff locally if possible, as shipping may be too much on some of these items, but if you are serious about shipping on a particular item, post interest, and I'll see what I can do.

If you think a price is out of line, make an offer. I am sure negotiation is possible. Most of this stuff is not the type of $?K gear seen in sigs on this forum, but there is some decent items available.

The List:
1. DUAL LU43PB Indoor/Outdoor speakers - NIB $20

2. AudioSource LS200 Indoor/Outdoor speakers - NIB $20 (2 pair available)

3. Jensen Champion Series C-JR Bookshelf speakers - NIB $25

4. Kenwood KR-2400 Receiver
Good cosmetic condition, a few scratches/blems; one binding post is not stock; no bass output in right channel A or B (not sure why); power cord is spliced - $15

5. TEAC PD-D700 5-disc cd changer (90's era)
Good condition (has a clear plastic film on case) - $10

6. Hitachi DA-C70 cd changer - NIB $80
This is a 12-disc changer.
Includes attachable wood side panels and remote.
Manufactured in December 1988 and NIB!

7. BIC 920 Turntable - $15
Needs some TLC - Platter does not spin freely and I don't think the little "lift" arm for the tonearm is working. It has the longer muti-record spiindle and "clip." It also appears to have a new, uninstalled cover with mounting screws. Shure M74CS cart.

8. Garrard Synchro-Lab 75 Turntable - $30
It seems a little weak in the motor, but I think the needle is also destroyed, so a new cart/stylus might fix it up...it just doesn't play perfect as-is. Shure M44E cart. Single play spindle. Has dust cover, but it isn't perfect. I think one of the cables may be spliced.

He also has these for sale (if interested, I'll have to talk to him):
Zenith DVB318 DVD player - NIB (DVI; 1080i)
H.H. Scott 340B receiver - working with all tubes - $300?
Jackson 648S Tube Tester - as is, needs repair - $65 OBO
TT Cart/Stylus
Lots of tubes

Can't PM yet- For the tubes, I'm looking for a quad of 5881's (would also take 6l6s if the 5881's are not an option). And a pair of 12ax7's. If they are good NOS, I'de also consider a pair of 6922's and a pair of 12au7s. Am in Seattle.
    Thanks.

I will check on these models to see if he has any. Most of his tubes are NOS RCA (and a few sylvania, GE 5 star, Amperex, Tung-sol)

I know he wants to sell it, but I don't know on price. He had mentioned around $500, but I haven't really been able to find market value on something like this to know if that is even in the ballpark of fair. If either of you know, pm me with details and I can talk it over with him. I honestly have no idea of its value (and I don't know if he does, either).

No 6550 or KT88 (already checked). I will check on the others.

Unfortunately not...he had numerous remotes all over the place (including the fllor), but I could not find any for the used gear I brought home.

I am sure the NIB Hitachi has the remote though.

No 5881 quad, but he said he has 6l6s that are "GC" (are either Sovtek or JJ)
    No 12ax7
    No 6922
He says he has 12au7 that are "industrial" us-made under a 59xx model number.

Let me know if you'd like more info on either the 6l6 or 12au7.

Yes he does! I didn't think it was possible to have a 20-year-old cd player NIB! Which would you like Al?

George - I'll check on your stylus too.

He might have a working tube tester that someone might be interested in. I got a decent one on ebay for about $100.

The only one he wants to sell is the Jackson listed above. He just turned it on the other day, but found it wasn't working. It turns on, the needles move, but that's it. He did not test another tube at the time, but said it may just be the socket. He may be able to repair it, but said he'd now be happy to get $65 as-is. Will add price above.

Bump for a few small price drops based on a little more research. Feel free to pm with any knowledge of price/market on any items.

Also, added the known tubes to post 3 (will add the list there when received).
