Firmware fix for Panasonic BD30...

Looks like the slated 25 Feb release of firmware version 1.6 will fix the LFE bug over HDMI for Panasonic DMP-BD30k owners. Also addressed in this release will be the "Sunshine" and "Resident Evil: Evolution" fixes for issues with these movies.

Panasonic acted quickly on this, good job.

    I'm surprised you even care about this since you don't have 5 ears and the LFE didn't affect your 2-ch playback ;)

    Yes, I'm glad about the upcoming LFE fix too. It affects my system when playing back the lossless tracks on all my Disney and Warner releases.

    Its amazing what a group of geeks over at AVSforum can accomplish with a little effort. If it wasn't for the help at AVSforum, I wouldn't be getting my Panny plasma replaced with the newer model for free.
