I was wondering the same thing. The words Honda Civic and rare just don't seem to go together to me lol.

Congrats on the new ride though. I'm looking at 04-05 Accords this weekend actually.

That would just make it modified, or pimped. Rare to me is something much more. Maybe the NJ angle has some merit. :D

OMG.... that was too funny, I needed a laugh and that hit the spot.

But really, congrats on the car. I am wondering 10k for an 03' ?.... What did they go for new? Never heard of Honda having a factory performance car.

Congrats on your new ride :D

I have to add something here which is somewhat related. My niece just brought a 03 Civic LX with 65k miles for $6995.00. She was with her mom looking, seen this car but the price didn't seem right .... Find out later it was 11495.00 remarked for a managers special which was for 9995.00 when it was marked wrong with the first digit a 6 not a 9. The dealer gave it to them for the 7k and not the 10k. :D:D:D

I had the same thing happen when we bought my wife's car. '05 Altima 3.5 SE that was listed at $13,500. It was supposed to be listed at $18,500. Apparently the web guy couldn't read someone's handwriting. I was just glad that I printed off the ad when I went in and had called a few times asking about it. I was just glad they honored the price!

BAF, have fun with that car. My wife's first car was a Civic coupe and that thing was fun to drive. Looks like you have some fun plans for the car. Just keep it all clean, I hate the guys who modify their cars but make it look like crap. Have fun with the new ride!
I know just enough to be dangerous, but don't tell my wife, she thinks I'm a genius. :D

Awesome plans, man. Can't say as I like that series amp or the Alpine speakers, but should still be a kicking system.

And a turbo? Sweet. Be sure to post about this car every step of the way; keep us informed! :D
