Extracting Audio from an ISO File

Is there a free and easy way to extract the audio out of an ISO file and save it as a MP3 file? Thanks Folks.

An ISO is just an image file. Do you know what the image contains? Is it a DVD movie perhaps?HT

I use Nero....I decode the ISO to Nero Digital...then burn to whatever media I want.
