I'm looking to bolster my HD-DvD collection before everyone sells theirs.
So...if you are wanting to get rid of some HD-DVD's, let me know here or in a PM and i'll let you know if I'm interested!

Click on "Checkout"....$50.00 discount applied.
Kind of make me want to get a HD-DVD player now. -
FYI: The P.E. for sale at Discovery store is the Sigorney Weaver version, in 1080i, not the BBC version in 1080p. Google it and you'll see that for pix quality, the BBC version is better and allegedly has more content as well.
One thing I was disappointed in (with the BBC version) is that there are no 'special features' on the HD versions (same with Blu or HDDVD). You also loose out on the 5th disc that is included with the SDDVD version. The 5th disc is a 3 part follow up called "the Future". Luckily, I have the SD version too.For rig details, see my profile. To get the $29.99 price, try going to their Ebay store.

Danny, This did not work for me. I repeatedly tried it. The Ebay store is probably the easiest way to get it for that price.

posted this to a different thread. FYI:Toshiba HD-D3 (Costco model #) for $79.99 at Costco
Supposedly the same price in store, box includes 2 HD-DVDs and an HDMI cable. I'm tempted, but part of me says I should just put that $80 towards a PS3. I'm torn. -

Hmmmm....sorry it didn't work. If you can get the set for $30.00, that's quite a bargain. Again, sorry the link didn't work. -

Its not your fault. Lots of people at Slickdeals are complaining about the Disc. website not giving the discount, or doing it sporadically.
I'm not actually interested in getting it because I just bought the bluray version about 3 weeks ago (paid $60 for it ) and don't really need the HDDVD version. I wish I had waited a few weeks and I would have saved some money. Oh well. For rig details, see my profile. Nothing here anymore... -
I just clicked the link and the ebay store had it for $29.99. Total cost was $33.24 with shipping.Proud SOPA Member since 2005!
