I am having a heck of a time finding test or reviews on the diamond Audio D971 Components. These Retail for $1400 but I can get them for around $300 Brand New. I had the Diamond Hex s600a's and they sounded really good jus lacked Midbass. Surprising since the driver looked like it would puck pretty good but looks can be deceiving.
I am wondering how these compare to the Polk SR's and the Diamond K2P's so please if you have heared them or know anything about them let me know.
I have the Sr's in my other Truck and would like to do something a bit different in this Mountaineer I am setting up.

I know this thread was posted back on 2-17-08 but can you still get the D971's for $300 new?
