Don't forget to swing by the dump on the way, and then post all the great AR/KLH/Allison/Advent stuff you find so that I can have heartbreak for a month Hardy.
-
Just a single KLH 24 and an Onkyo CDP today. The CDP seems to work... haven't tried the KLH yet. Couldn't just leave it there, could I, George?
-
No. Leave me alone, I'm getting choked up already.
I haven't found any good New England stuff in awhile. -
Well... made one more trip past the dump today, and I am provisionally glad I did. Found a Marantz 1060 integrated amplifier. Haven't found a piece of silver-faced Marantz gear there or a few years. No idea if it works yet, but it looks good.
Sorry, George. At least it's not a New England brand... -
Well, I wish I could go. Sounds like fun.

I bought a nice looking HH Scott 222C integrated amp with cabinet at what seemed to be a very reasonable price. Haven't had the nerve to Variac it up yet, though.
You definitely should wander by next year! -
I've got more than 100 random tubes and a cool RCA tube carrying case box - something the old RCA TV repairman might have carried. I figured at the very least one of these guys might be interested in the carrying case and even my random tubes. Most are not highly desirable for audio applications but might be of interest to some.Analog Source: Rega P3-24 Exact 2 w/GT delrin platter & Neo TT-PSU Digital Source: Lumin T2 w/Roon (NUC) DAC: Denafrips Pontus II Phono Preamp: Rega Aria MK3 Preamp: Rogue RP-7 Amp: Pass X150.8 Speakers: Joseph Audio Perspective 2, Audio Physic Tempo Plus Cables: Morrow M4 ICs & Audio Art SC-5 ePlus, Shunyata PCs Misc: Shunyata Hydra Delta D6, VTI rack, GIK acoustic panels

You should attend a local Ham Radio festival or get together. Those folks dig odd tubes plus you'll find decent amount of audio grade stuff around.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
