As you all know the convieniences of the Switched power source on the back of a reciever, you surely also know that there are never enough outlets. , Adding branch offs is tempting , but would overload the reciever.
Does anyone know of a unit that when one item is switched, that current is sensed to switch on a gang of outlets?
I have a small one that allows a power tool current draw to activate two outlets, but when used on my power amps, the switching dithers a bit, and I do not want to put my units through that as they are a little old, and it's just not right anyway.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

You could also use most of the Monster, Panamax, and Belkin power conditioners to do the same thing. -

Hey, I think this looks awesome. I'd like to get two, however it advertises the clean power. Well when I bought my monster clean power surge it was $90+. So, I know part of that is just for the name, but will this one really work? Maybe a better question is do either really work?

It will work for switching, as far as clean power? I don't know never used one.
I do have Panamax 4400 and Monster 3500 power conditioners, I bought these mainly for switching all my components on and off. I never noticed any improvement in picture or sound quality due to the power filtering on either unit. But then I have pretty good power here, so results may be different depending on the conditions where you are.
