Wireless Earbuds/Music player ID help

Took the wife to see "definitely, maybe" last night and a guy in the movie was using a wireless portable music setup. Small, black, fitted earbuds and player I did not recognize. I'd love to know if anyone who saw this can ID the make of this rig. Thanks.

    Probably a hearing aid setup for somebody with poor hearing. Some theaters even have a secondary audio channel broadcasting the dialogue in another language.

    Sorry, I wasn't clear in my OP. I meant one of the main characters in the movie was using the thing in one scene.
