I try not to because then I would be also swallowing toothpaste.

    If you brushed with refried beans, then you wouldn't have to worry about swallowing toothpaste again.

    I find that by rinsing with a Riesling from the Alsace region leaves my mouth refreshed. Although, a Muscato after dinner is a nice change of pace.
