Reverse pin= 911?

I rec'd an email informing me that IF you're ever robbed at an atm, and the thief wants your pin, reverse it and that notifies the police.
Was anyone else aware of this?

Thank you all for participating! I discovered after talking to bank mgr.(after I posted) that this was NOT in effect.
