What do you think?
I have a medium size room and Im tryin to pick: RTi10, RTi A7, RM40T, Monitor 70? HELP
I got to have my 30-40hz but thats what my subs are for but I like to have mid bass that I rely on my towers for.
Any help would be great. Thanks

I think RTi10 or RTi A7 depends on looks as they're the same, just updated cab. right?
I also think RM and Monitor are at different price/performance/capability levels.
Have you listened to any of them? You might find one has a sound you like over another.- Onkyo TX-SR805

- Polk CSi A6 Center
- Polk FXi3 Surrounds/Rear Surrounds
- HSU VFT-2 MK3 -
Oh, if the R series is what you decide is for you, Polk is clearing a lot of the RM40T's at their eBay store. I haven't followed winning bids, but I think they're going cheap, and there are a bunch of them.
R's also.
I hope they don't mind the link. Polk Audio Direct- Onkyo TX-SR805

Considering it's on every page here under "where to buy" they probably don't care -
Thank you for your help fellas. I went to circuit city and all they had there was the monitors towers. I was not very happy with the bass response. (mid bass that is) They have one the high power onkyos on them and they were loud but not for me.
I have been all over ebay look for the best deal and I found a 1 month old set of Rti10s for $450. (Hope the two 7s will be enough) So I did not get off two bad. Now im looking for Fxi in black but there no where to be found. (on ebay)
Another thing I dont do is get all the recomanded system. For some reason I dont want to be like everyone elce with Rti10s, Fxi3s, Csi5, pws404 ect. Or what ever Polk says. I like to get a couple of speakers for each system. I know some with talk crap about that but whatever. I have and want a one-of-a-kind system; a one-of-a-kind sound. My Pionner elite will make them sound like there in a set at least to top posts. I love my Polk. Just about to sell one of my Bose systems. Anyone want some Bose 701 towers? LOL.
Does anyone know how the Rti10s sound Bi-Wired? New post it is...
Thanks again for your help and any more that comes. -Drake

there is a reason Polk has system recommendation.. together that system would kick arse. but there is no reason you can't mix and match different Polk Audio speakers as long as they stay within the same model. don't mix R series with LSi for instance and expect to have great sound..
I would think any of the older or newer "I" series would match pretty good together.PolkFest 2012, who's going>?
