I have a pioneer vsxd811s and I want to hook 2 onkyo m-282 amps to run 2 rti12's in the front is that possible? I will let the receiver run my bose for rear speakers.

Since they are 2 channel amps, why don't you use one for the front channels & the other on the rear channels.
Otherwise, just buy a more powerful 2 channel amp for your RTI 12's.
You can get more bang for the buck getting a used amp from Audion. Look at Rotel, Sunfire, Adcom, B & K, Outlaw.

i thought my receiver would be plenty for the rear bose acoustimass, i thought it would be better to have 1 amp per rti12 but there is only one preout for the front channel and i don't know how to hook it up that way, and also my wife is not gonna let me spend that kind of money on a used amp.Rti12's

Then get 2 Outlaw Monoblocks. That will give 200wpc for each speaker. Here are a pair right here.
