s4 speaker

I have a pair of s4 speakers. I'm not very knowledgeable about the functions of speaker. One of the speakers has a vibration noise when voices are spoken on them. I replaced the tweeter. Still have same problem. Do I need to replace the woofer? If so, how is it done and what does one cost?
