What is wrong with shipping to Canada?? Give me a price that's reasonable and I'll give you the money. It's not Mars. Not understanding the problem.

Through experience, I can pretty much estimate the cost of shipping to the US. Those 6 albums would probably cost me about $4-5 to ship from here to California. I can build that into the cost. I don't have a clue what it will cost to ship to Canada. The only way I could come up with an accurate shipping price for you, is to go to the post office and ship the stuff. Then my part of the operation would be to sit here, and wait/see if a member with no sales history here actually sends me a check. That's not happening. I'd be willing to quote you a really high price for shipping, then refund your excess. That's about it.

    George,
Actually shipping to Canada is not much more but I understand your concern. I buy on ebay all the time. Usual shipping costs on ebay from US to Canada are around $8.00 first record plus $2.00 for extras. I'm willing to overpay for shipping and pay upfront. $25.00 shipping ok? And I'd still really like the Benson. If you have paypal I'll send the money today. Or postal money order cheque etc.
    Thanks.

Ben, your stuff is already in the hands of the USPS. I'll PM you.

Fongolio, yes, we can work something out, and first come first served on your Benson. Look for a PM.

Shackdaddy your address is on permanent file. I have to short you the Benson.

GG- Nothing I have to have in this batch, sorry. Coincidentally, I had just plopped my arse down to peek at the forum and I am listening to (for only the second time) the "Live, Lonnie Liston Smith" lp I bought from you last round or so. I like that album a lot.

Thanks anyway Ted, it's the thought that counts. I think I have a Hendrix tribute cd by him around here somewhere. It's a keeper.

I'll take all the Kiss albums.

Kiss - Alive (double w/real light scratch) $4
    Kiss - Alive II ( double w/slight scratch) $4
Kiss - Kiss (extremely light scratch)
Kiss - Double Platinum (light scratch) $4
Kiss - Unmasked (pretty nice shape)
Kiss - Rock & Roll Over (again, pretty nice shape)
    Kiss - Destroyer (mint) $5
Kiss - Dressed To Kill (slight scratch)
Kiss - Dynasty (slight scratch) They had more KISS stuff, but I got tired of looking at the lp covers.

EDIT: Just let me know how you want to do payment/address, etc.

George, what's the deal man....I posted for those KISS albums at 11am today....2 hours before anyone on AK did and it looks like you are selling them to someone on AK? I know you saw this thread cause I saw you viewing it earlier when I was looking for your response(I don't get email notifications). I hope this is an error and not the case of my money isn't good enough for your cause......

    Hey George,

I'm in the same boat with Ted except mine have become more financial difficulties with medical bills. I love the Glithens Center but I still am not in a poition to make a donation now. Perhaps in June when things settle down I'll be able to help out again.

    . . . an oh yeah, NO Politics:D

    George,
Albums arrived yesterday in excellent condition as usual. You, sir; are the master of understatement. The Bonnie Pointer album you described as "pristeen" wasn't just that, it was still sealed. It sure was sweet listening to a 1978 Motown release that had never been played. Thanks for another wonderful transaction.
