Mixing Speakers in 7.1 System
I'm planning my 7.1 home theater system and had picked out the following speakers:
Fronts: Monitor 40 CH
Center: CS2
Sub: PSW110
Surrounds: RC85i (in wall)
I just found out that I am unable to mount one of the side surrounds in the wall due to a header being in the way. So I'm thinking of the RC80i (in ceiling) for the sides and keeping the rear surrounds RC85i (in wall). I've heard that in wall speakers give better response but I'm not sure about mixing and matching the surrounds. What advice would you give?
