Power Cord Prioritization

Do you folks position your best power cords on particular devices, ie your CDP, Pre, Amp...

I guess the best solution would be to have all the cords the same but if you have one that stands out what device gets the priority. I am thinking the source but wanted opinions of others.

Pre and amp would be my first choice.

Amps - removed edge, soundstage and dynamics absolutely exploded, accuracy increased, drop in noise floor

cdp - dynamics increased, and drop in noise floor

Modwright preamp - very insignificant if at all.

Thems my findings in my system anyway.

    Thanks,

No, no, no. You are all wrong.

    The source gets the priority
:D. Of course that could be that in my rig I have a power supply, 2 sources [digital, the TT has a stock cord], the power center [stock], then when it comes to the amps, my Carver pre and amp you can't switch and the Odyssey is so big length-wise that the PC I had waiting for it didn't fit and I'm not about to blow more $$$ on another rack which is something I just purchased.

Out of all that can be switched in my rig, the two subs have made the biggest difference in terms of sound and the digital sources come in second on my rig. The least amount of change was with the RG 400pro PS. Go figure. BTW, I'm kidding about the fact that you guys are wrong. It's just a test to see if someone is anal enough to respond without reading the entire post. :p
