Selecting items currently for sale in the Polk Flea market, put together a kick **** system...let see what you come up with. I'm seeing alot of cool things there lately...

Right away I'm seeing:

- Jesse's Rotel pre/amp combo...$325
- Doro's Rotel DVD/CD...$450 (2 birds with 1 stone)
- Phuz's Von Schweikert VR-1's...$525

Total cost: $1300

    That's a pretty sweet one.

You could do CandyLiquor's Jolida Tube CDP, Russ's Pre-DAC, and throw in those VR-1s or the Lsi9s and Sanus stands. Just need a good amp now. . .
Stereo Rig: Hales Revelation 3, Musical Fidelity CD-Pre 24, Forte Model 3 amp, Lexicon RT-10 SACD, MMF-5 w/speedbox, Forte Model 2 Phono Pre, Cardas Crosslink, APC H15, URC MX-950, Lovan Stand
Bedroom: Samsung HPR-4252, Toshiba HD-A2, HK 3480, Signal Cable, AQ speaker cable, Totem Dreamcatchers, SVS PB10-NSD, URC MX-850

Oh no. My audio hobby is in stand-by mode for awhile. New speakers in a couple years is all I have on my plate...

This is one of the reasons I love this forum. Not just that, but Karma as well. Speaking of, I think it's time for me to do another one or two...

Add Troy's VPI in there and that's one heck of a system.
