Top Story Clinton suggests tapping wages
By Hill Truth | The Hillary Project

Democrat Hillary Rodham Clinton said Sunday she might be willing to garnish the wages of workers who refuse to buy health insurance to achieve coverage for all Americans.

The New York senator has criticized presidential rival Barack Obama for pushing a health plan that would not require universal coverage. Clinton has not always specified the enforcement measures she would embrace, but when pressed on ABC's "This Week," she said: "I think there are a number of mechanisms" that are possible, including "going after people's wages, automatic enrollment."

Clinton said such measures would apply only to workers who can afford health coverage but refuse to buy it, which puts undue pressure on hospitals and emergency rooms. With her proposals for subsidies, she said, "it will be affordable for everyone."

Go Hillary!!! Its about time those dead-beats start paying for health insurance. Otherwise, they are just a burden to society because everyone knows emergency rooms have to provide health care for people who won't pay.

If you already have it via a spouse, no doubt they will require you to pay it out anyhow.
Why don't these clowns just say " we're taking your money to pay for
    everyone else's needs"
NY state gives away so much money now to dead beats that do nothing
but have babies now, why not just take everything and throw it in a big pot
    and pass it around.

If they want to garnish wages to cover bills a guy generated, that's ok.
But to label him a deadbeat up front is just stupid babbling.
A guy that opts out is only a deadbeat if he doesn't pay after using the service.
If he pays out of pocket, that's ok. I have know quite a few people that
preferred to save for medical, as opposed to paying into the pot.
Let's face it. the money coming in to the insurance companies is always
the same as outgoing payments, plus admin and profit margin costs.
They aren't doing you any favors. And neither is Hillary.

I've NEVER taken free health care. If I didn't have insurance, I paid the bill out of pocket.
If she's talking about garnishing MY wages for illegals, when I have insurance, then we're gonna have some TROUBLE!
I refuse to argue with idiots, because people can't tell the DIFFERENCE!

The fun part is she tried this after Bill got elected the first time (so she wasn't even in office, yet her pet legislation was out there anyway) and it died fairly dramatically. Her health care idea alone prevents me from voting from her, nevermind her personality and such.

Her health care plan is dangerously close to socialism, if not already over the line. Requiring EVERYONE to have health care, whether they want it / need it or not, is wrong in my book.
