How to set up a Sub With the Sunfire CRM-2s

So I have decided that a sub for these is basically a requirement, not an option, so how would I go about setting one up to match it? I know the freq. response is 95Hz to 40kHz, and I need the sub to dig down farther....I am looking at getting a Sunfire HRS-8, from both a price standpoint and from thinking it would be a good sound match....My major question is whether or not I will need some sort of crossover beyond the one built into the sub ( like the Paradigm X-30 or something similar)....Is this suggested, or should I just pick up the sub and see how it shakes out with the built in? Any other suggestions for subs would be nice, but I'm thinking the HRS-8 or the Super Junior, IF I can find another sweet deal on the Super Junior... (I am still kicking myself for selling that thing.)

What are you using for a pre?"He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And when you gaze long into an abyss the abyss also gazes into you." Friedrich Nietzsche

NAD C372 integrated, or as I refer to it as "the big green monster"
