What do you guys think?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&Item=160203609844&Category=39783&_trksid=p3907.m29

I need an amp with some more nuts for my SRT's in two channel.

It will be a few more years before I will make an all out assaul on the 2 channel only world.

But in the mean time I need to improve my current set up.

Personally, I wouldn't take a chance on that. SS from that era with big power ratings and super-low THD without the requisite large heat-sinks (cheesy veneer where heatsinks should be) probably means you're looking at low-bias class AB and gobs of global negative feedback. Wouldn't count on it to sound good, and for $400+ you should be able to do better if you spend some time bargain hunting. Don't get caught up in the numbers game, 100 Watts even with much higher THD spec can sound way better if it's a quality design. Watts and THD are pretty evil specs as they can be very misleading
Tannoy Dimension TD10, SOTA Star Sapphire, Heathkit W4A's, McIntosh MC2100, Eddie-Current Zana Deux, Singlepower SDS, Sennheiser HD650, Audio-Technica L3000, Sony Qualia 010

I wouldn't buy it and I like vintage ES gear. It's not even in great shape to be that high.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    thanks guys,

I understan the numbers game, and I need more numbers to get the sound I am looking for. My current set up starts to loose control at the higher listening levels.

My next rig will consist of Legacy Focus HDs for sure and more than likely powered by a pair of McIntosh 402s or 501s.

Just to give you an idea of what sound I am looking for.
