I seem to have lost my SDA "effect". My dimensional drivers are not working. I switched between my 2B's and 1C's and still no dimensionals. The only thing left is the Avel Isolation Transformer. Can they go bad?

Things were going so good and now it has all gone to S.

Any thoughts?

Scott

I'd start checking for a bad connection, possibly in the transformer, but it could be at the SDA sockets or the crossovers.

It is with both sets of speakers so I think it is something with the transformer.

I will look into it tomorrow.

No, no, don't go blaming Roger for this one. I'd place the blame squarely on the shoulders of the custom AI-1 manufacturer. :p:D

A strange one indeed, but glad you're back to enjoying your SDA's again.

I think I figured out what happened. I have a sub from Mark and I was try to incorporate it into my 2 channel by using the pre-out from my integrated. I was using a Y from both pre-outs to a single sub interconnect going to the sub. Apparently my integrated did not like that and I had no SDA. How this happened I do not know. All I know is that when I had the Y connected I had no SDA and without I do. Very strange. I guess it was my SDA's saying we don't need no stinking sub.

You don't need no stinking sub!!
