Anyone use CDjungle?

I ordered The Peter Malick Group's New York City featuring Norah Jones in SACD (rare) on Jan 5th. As of today, order status is "Order Placed 05/01/08". Attempts to create a trouble ticket results in a SQL error. Nautrally, they charged my cc on the day I placed the order. Website shows the SACD is in stock.

I don't mind waiting for international orders but at least update the status or tell me you don't have it in stock.

Should I wait or call my cc company and have them cancel the charge?

    Well, after I complained about it here they shipped it. Maybe somebody from CDjungle was reading the forum?

    Received: Feb 23, 2008

    Shipped in bubbled envelope. SACD case severely cracked but intact. Disk unharmed. Shrinkwrap intact. No fingerprints or evidence of second hand merchandise.

    Thoughts.
    If you're looking for something rare that you can't get anywhere else like this rare SACD, go ahead and take the risk and place an order. If you can find your item elsewhere, avoid CDjungle. The website showed the product "in stock" but it took a month before I received an email confirmation that they had it in stock and will ship the next day (Feb 3rd). International orders take some time and I'm used to it but CDjungle does not inspire confidence. There's no phone number or email to reach them. They do have a feedback link if you run into problems but I was never able to lodge a complaint or request a status because of website errors.

    Right now, Norah's soothing my frustration with CDjungle. Great SACD.

    Received my order of 3 "New York City" SACDs from cdjungle.com on Thursday. Ordered from them months ago. Only one of the 3 SACD arrived without a crack super jewel case. However, I have already sold one of the SACDs already.

    This is an amazing SACD and a lot of people have been looking for it.
