    Ok, just now all I did was change the CPU multiplier to x11 and the cpu clock to 210. I also set all the sync to disable, as to not to sync. Restarted and pc did not boot, gave me error beeps. So I had to reset bios, by changing the jumper setting with the battery out to reset mobo.

    Ha, 250 clock CPU, x11 multiplier, seems to be stable so far. 2.75g

    Yep thats looks like the max, I tried 260 clock, but when pc would go to load xp, it would restart, so I'm 250 clock @ 1.4 core volts. 2.7ghz.

    I need a good free program to keep an eye on temp

    Didn't you see my post above? Coretemp is all you need. Its free.
