Too far from an outside wall? I wasn't aware that was a problem unto itself.
Probably more often than not, being too close to an outside wall is a problem due to early side reflections that are created. In small rooms it's probably one of the more common problems people face. It's also one of those problems that's not always "fixable". They only have the space they have in which to work.
I'm curious, how far from the outside walls were they before and how far now?
The room is 18x15 I have them on the wider wall. So at 12 feet apart they are still 3ft from the the outside walls. I had them about 8 ft apart when what I think is called slap from the back wall started causing issues. Everything didn't seem to get to my ears at the right time. So I kept moving them wider till the worked with the room. I also didn't want to put the Sofa I use to close to them so if I want to get up and do some air guitar aI have plenty of room.:D
