You can find all the Pro-ject TT's here; I am very happy with my RM5.

I love how music can brighten up a bad day. -
I've always liked the look of the RPM line with the teardrop shape and thick acrylic platters. They are very solid tables as well. I seriously considered Project when I bought my Goldring. I know it's silly, but the reason I didn't follow through and buy one was because of the weight-and-thread anti-skating system. It looks cheap and I just couldn't get past it. Oh well...for now I am happy with my Goldring BUT I think Projects are another good option for anyone looking for a TT."Just because youre offended doesnt mean youre right." - Ricky Gervais

I've heard nothing but good things about ProJect tables.....I had a Music Hall (made in same factory) that was a great performer for the coin.

What do you all think of the Pro-Ject Xpression II or III?
I am in the market for a table. I am going back and forth about finding something on CL or buying something new a step above an entry level TT.I like speakers that are bigger than a small refrigerator but smaller than a big refrigerator:D -
It depends.
It's a great place to start as those are very nice entry level tables and if all you want is something to spin vinyl on, look no farther, really.
My experience has been those that start there don't end up staying there. Once you get an idea of what vinyl can sound like, it's not long and you are moving up the chain. Basically, with vinyl, moreso than any other component, IMO, you get what you pay for.
