Looks very promising. AES/EBU or RCA outputs; 3 coax, 1 Toslink, 1 USB digital inputs. Incorporates DAC1 D/A converter and headphone circuits:

I've been looking at it for use with a PC music server. I think I've seen it for around $1200. Looks like it might be of good quality.

Stereophile did a review of the new DAC1 USB this month. Make sure to read the issues with some programs like ITunes 7.5, etc.
I have cracked the hood on mine, it's very well made and laid-out. There are also a number of strappable options on the main circuit card.Source: Bluesound Node 2i - Preamp/DAC: Benchmark DAC2 DX - Amp: Parasound Halo A21 - Speakers: MartinLogan Motion 60XTi - Shop Rig: Yamaha A-S501 Integrated - Shop Spkrs: Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2
