Both fatchowmein and I have used Hong Kong e-tailer hifi-cd.com for purchasing SACD. I can't speak for fatchowmein but I've been very happy about the SACD I have purchased from the site. I just noticed a couple very hard-to-find SACD getting listed on its home page (I check everyday).

Alison Krauss - Now That I've Found You SACD

Deep Purple - Concerto for Group and Orchestra (2 SACD set)

You can do some research on your own at e-tailers such as Music Direct and Elusive Discs. Not to mention ebay. And please read the reviews of each SACD at sa-cd.net. The shipping cost is approximately US$3.00 per disc.

Disclaimer: Not affiliated to seller other than being customer.

F1: I read somewhere that WYWH SACD can be expected within 2008.

I know it's Pink Floyd, but can you guys fill me in a little more? What is this WYWH?

Forgot to update the thread. The SACDs were shipped a couple of days ago. Given that the Alison Krauss title is out-of-print, I figured it was a good price if you're interested.

I will post some pics once the package arrived.

Wish You Were Here. It's been confirmed that a SACD version has been in production for ages, if not finished already. Cover art specifically for the SACD has also been done. I suppose they're waiting for everyone to sign off and release the darn SACD.

Thank you sir. I see it was "done" in 2006. Why such a long process, or do you know? That's a long time to let profits go by and costs to go up....at least that's what I'm thinking.

Okay so I read this thread and open i-tunes to download wish you were here. I realize that I already own that song in my library and end up spending 10 bucks on Loverboy songs. How the heck does that happen? I may never even listen to most of those songs but have fond memories I guess.
