Well guys, things are STARTING to finally come along. I got my RTi A7's yesterday, and wow are they nice. Cant wait for my receiver and tv and center to come in... If you notice, in the picture I already have..
1) purchased like 25 bluray movies since late December getting prepared for the tv that has still yet to come. (havent watched any yet)
2)purchased a sony bluray player to play all the movies on my new TV that still has not come!!!! (havent watched it yet)
3)purchased HDMI cables still in the box hoping to hook my xbox360 and bluray player and receiver up to my TV that still has not come!!! (havent seen the actual high performance of them yet!)
4)purchased a fine italian made bello stand in hopes that some day i can hang my TV that has not come in yet on it!!!!

I am getting stressed at SONY for being nationally back ordered. I ordered the thing on dec. 20th. I just sit in there and stare.

P.S sorry for the lame pictures.... but that is the only room in my college apt. that the TV and speakers will fit in.. (notice the walls are not even painted, just spackeled!!! WTF i feel like i am in a trailer park! lol )

SOOO please dont flame me for not having the nicest house. I AM IN COLLEGE and my pockets are only so deep ;)

    lol actually...

The ups guy is like santa lol he squeezed them right in!

I define this as the " no magazine, nothing but letter box" Funny thing is when i carry mail (since i am a mail man) I f-ing hate those little boxes.. So if you own one, and own your house, please change it!!!!

Those new curved cabs look very nice. If they would put on some nicer feet (spikes), they would class up real nice! I'm still not sure I like all the silver on black, but, regardless, these are a great looking pair.

Wow, I can only wish I was as "poor" as you.;)

Believe me, there are college kids that have MUCH worse. If I didn't commute from home, I would be one of them...

Nice setup, did you decide to keep the onkyo 605?

I actually did not pull the trigger yet on it.. was waiting till amazon goes back down into the $340's. for a couple days it was like $379-400

I really am not sure if its enough, but to be honest, i normally dont crank music and really just enjoy a CLEAN surround sound. The question is... Will the 605 series atleast do that. thanks in advance if you got some data that will help me decide one over the other.
