i just bought two Alpine GNX124's and they are rated at 175wRMS, but i heard that they are way under rated, would an alpine MRP-M450 have a enough power to supply them both well enough

that amp puts out 400watts @ 2 ohms. If they are SVC subs, then you'll get 200 watts per speaker which is perfect.

I have that amp powering 2 Momo 8's , sounds great .
