Hey guys, whats up I am Eric.

Just purchased some RTi A7 (black) about a week ago and awaiting them to arrive.

My setup is simple as of now (in college, need more cash to finish lol)

Sony 46" W3000 LCD (national back order, i bought it on December 20th and finally told it should arrive on 15th)
(2) Polk RTi A7 speakers (beach Audio coming on the 17th)
Sony Bpd-s300 Blu-ray player
(25) blu ray movies (that i have to wait to watch :( )
(400+ regular dvd's, mostly back ups ;) )
Bello TV stand (float mount)

Things ordering in next couple weeks. (waiting tables not cutting it anymore so i am waiting for my school refund check :D )

CSi A4
PSW10
Onkyo TX-605
FXi 3

After reviewing some of the posts by other people, seems pretty laid back, and people have great responses here.

If you have any suggestions that might help out my setup or things i should change before i buy the rest of the stuff, i would greatly appreciate it.

By the way, I am building this system for a 12X12 room ( one of my larger ones since i have been in college.) And am building it for mostly the watching of BLU-RAY movies and my xbox 360... maybe that will help out on the diagnose !! Thanks guys!!!

    Slight update!

Just called stereo shop... SONY WILL BE SHIPPING MY TV ON THE 19TH and WONT BE HERE TILL THE 25th MINIMUM. ordered it on december 20th. getting angry.
SolidSqual Did he just admit all his DVDs are copies. "mostly backups"? Not cool . . .

I have almost $1300.00 in blu ray movies and i dont even have a tv to watch them on, i think that sorta makes up for it.... (dont you feel we are robbed of quality on them discs anyways? ) My cousin and i alternate our purchases. we are family.

Lasareath Welcome Petey to Club Polk!

    Hello Eric,

Very nice setup you have there but I would like to make one suggestion. I think you would be better off buying a little higher end reciever for those nice RTis. From what I can remember, Onkyo's 600 series does not have pre-outs, which means if(or when:D) you want more power for the Rtis, you won't be able to purchase an external amplifier to power them. You would also need to buy a new AVR, or a pre-amp (Which is more $$$).

Plus with a little higher end AVR (even the onkyo 700 and up), Your speakers will thank you now (literally:)) for the little extra power the RTis need.

Either way, you got yourself a fine system. Congrats!

I am starting the actual build in FEB. because i blew my build money on this TV and speaker setup..
Anyone wondering how i pay for this stuff while in college...

Well not that i need to explain, but to not look foolish, I am a Mail Carrier for the United States Postal Service during the summer months when i am off school, and I wait tables at TGI Fridays during the winter when i am in school ( more flexable schedule..) Soo the most expensive part is the insurance on the car not the $500 car payment lol

PS nikolas812 I have respect for anything that has the balls to pull the wheels off the ground.. amazing launch man.. looks fast, what kinda HP numbers and 1/4 mile times?

All in all, its not bad for a 4 banger rice burner right ? ;)

Looks like a Very respectable ricer your putting together there.:D I have a chassis dyno sheet in a file but I am to lazy to go get it. But it is something like 550hp@6800rpm and 750lbtq@3200rpm to the wheels. I don't know what it puts to the fly wheel. I leave with a very soft launch at 3200rpm. I could leave at 5800rpm but in fear of breaking parts and scraping the bumper I keep it soft.:D My best time in the quarter is 9.89@138mph.
