So we can have Mac vs PC, AMD vs Intel, nVidia vs ATI debates ad nauseum? That almost makes me yearn for more cable debates. :p

We'll also need a car board for Honda vs. Toyota, a truck board for Ford vs. Chevy, and the gun board for AR vs. AK.

I kind of like having a bunch of stuff in the clubhouse. its a one stop area for you to see all involved. I'm not a big fan of too many specilized topic sections.

Would be a bad thing if they did though, this is just my measley .02

I think maybe a computer/server thread for HT/audio would be cool.

Agree 100% about a dedicated "Home Theater" area.

HT with talk pertaining to integrating PC's into use as a HTPC would be fine....a separate one just for PC stuff...no...there are more PC forums then you can imagine.

I'd be interested in something like that...a forum for HTPC use in a Home Theater Audio environment.

Well, neither is it a Video game forum......or a music and movie forum....

Video games and movies play on a HT which can use Polk speakers, Music can play on a polk xm receiver or through other Polk products. I see them as very related. Computers, um, not so much...

That's along the lines of what I was thinking. I think computers are the wave of the future for audio and HT applications.

If they're not giving us a dedicated HT forum they're not giving us a forum to talk about computers. Seems pretty obvious.... ;)

The entire BOARD is an HT oriented forum, that's why a 2ch forum was put in place.
